How I help as a Corporate Trainer,Life and Parent Coach

 

I’m Isha, the Founder of Elevate Training, where transformation meets purpose. 


For over 16 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential through soft skills, behavioral training, emotional intelligence, NLP, change management, and life coaching.


My journey began with a simple belief — growth begins with awareness. Over the years, that belief has evolved into a mission: to help people think better, feel stronger, and lead wiser. Whether I’m speaking to a large audience, coaching one-on-one, or guiding teams through change, my goal remains the same — to ignite self-awareness that leads to lasting transformation.


As a life,parent coach and Reiki healer, I integrate both science and soul into my work. My approach blends practical strategies with deep emotional understanding — helping people align their thoughts, emotions, and actions to achieve meaningful success.


I’ve had the privilege of training thousands of professionals, educators, parents, and students to communicate confidently, manage change effectively, and lead with empathy.

Raychem RPG, a leading engineering solutions provider, wanted to enhance leadership communication and team effectiveness across its mid-level managers. While the managers were technically strong, they often struggled to communicate assertively, delegate effectively, and build engagement within cross-functional teams.

What We Delivered:
Elevate Training designed and delivered a customized Communication & Leadership Program for 40 participants from diverse departments. The two-day intervention combined:

  • Experiential learning activities focused on communication styles and listening skills
     
  • Role plays for handling real workplace scenarios and difficult conversations
     
  • Modules on emotional intelligence, assertive communication, and influencing without authority
     
  • Post-workshop action plans for each participant to apply at the workplace
     

Result:

  • Participants demonstrated higher confidence in team discussions and presentations
     
  • Managers reported improved ability to delegate and provide constructive feedback

Honeywell’s HR team wanted to ensure that their newly recruited graduate engineers transitioned smoothly from academic life to a corporate environment. The young recruits had strong technical knowledge but lacked confidence in business communication, presentation skills, and corporate behavioural expectations.

What We Delivered:
Elevate Training designed a comprehensive Campus to Corporate Program tailored to Honeywell’s workplace culture and role expectations. Conducted over three days for 80 participants, the program included:

  • Experiential sessions on professional communication & business etiquette
     
  • Role plays and group activities to enhance collaboration and presentation skills
     
  • Modules on emotional intelligence, adaptability, and managing workplace expectations
     
  • Real-life simulations to help participants handle meetings, client calls, and feedback situations confidently

Result:

  • Participants exhibited measurable improvement in communication clarity and confidence
     
  • HR reported a smoother onboarding process with reduced adjustment time
     
  • Line managers noted better ownership, professional behaviour, and teamwork among new recruits
     
  • Honeywell extended the partnership for recurring annual batches

Effective Communication for HR Leaders – Orcapod Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

 

Orcapod’s HR leadership team was looking to enhance their communication effectiveness while leading hybrid and cross-functional teams. Despite their strong domain expertise, many HR professionals found it challenging to deliver assertive feedback, manage difficult conversations, and influence senior stakeholders with confidence.

What We Delivered:
Elevate Training conducted a customized two-day workshop on Effective Communication for HR Leaders for 25 participants from HR and Talent Management divisions. The session integrated:

  • NLP-based exercises to build emotional awareness and empathetic listening
     
  • Role plays on feedback delivery, influencing without authority, and stakeholder conversations
     
  • Activities focused on body language, tonality, and executive presence
     
  • Practical frameworks to communicate with clarity and confidence in leadership settings

  • Improved ability to handle conflict and give feedback assertively
     
  • Enhanced collaboration between HR and department heads
     
  • Post-training feedback score: 4.8/5 for relevance and facilitation quality
     
  • Orcapod HR team recommended the program for mid-level managers company-wide
     

Navigating Performance Conversations at Bajaj Auto

 

The HR and L&D team at Bajaj identified a critical need for improving the quality of performance discussions conducted by their mid-level managers. While managers were comfortable with technical evaluation, many struggled to provide constructive feedback, handle underperformance conversations tactfully, and maintain motivation during appraisal cycles.

What We Delivered:
Elevate Training designed a high-impact intervention titled Navigating Performance Discussions for 45 people managers across departments. The program blended facilitation, role-based simulations, and practical tools for real-world application.
The two-day training included:

  • Understanding the psychology behind feedback and employee motivation
     
  • Structuring effective performance conversations using the SBI (Situation–Behavior–Impact) model
     
  • Practicing difficult discussions through realistic role plays and peer feedback
     
  • Developing empathy and assertiveness in communication
     
  • Creating individualized action plans to implement post-training
     

Result:

  • 85% of participants reported increased confidence in conducting feedback discussions
     
  • Managers demonstrated greater empathy and active listening during reviews
     
  • HR noted a marked improvement in the quality of appraisal meetings and employee satisfaction
     
  • The Bajaj L&D team engaged Elevate Training for follow-up coaching sessions to sustain behavioural change
