I’m Isha, the Founder of Elevate Training, where transformation meets purpose.
For over 16 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential through soft skills, behavioral training, emotional intelligence, NLP, change management, and life coaching.
My journey began with a simple belief — growth begins with awareness. Over the years, that belief has evolved into a mission: to help people think better, feel stronger, and lead wiser. Whether I’m speaking to a large audience, coaching one-on-one, or guiding teams through change, my goal remains the same — to ignite self-awareness that leads to lasting transformation.
As a life,parent coach and Reiki healer, I integrate both science and soul into my work. My approach blends practical strategies with deep emotional understanding — helping people align their thoughts, emotions, and actions to achieve meaningful success.
I’ve had the privilege of training thousands of professionals, educators, parents, and students to communicate confidently, manage change effectively, and lead with empathy.

While the managers were technically strong, they often struggled to communicate assertively, delegate effectively, and build engagement within cross-functional teams.

Orcapod’s HR leadership team was looking to enhance their communication effectiveness while leading hybrid and cross-functional teams. Despite their strong domain expertise, many HR professionals found it challenging to deliver assertive feedback, manage difficult conversations, and influence senior stakeholders with confidence.

The HR and L&D team at Bajaj identified a critical need for improving the quality of performance discussions conducted by their mid-level managers. While managers were comfortable with technical evaluation, many struggled to provide constructive feedback, handle underperformance conversations tactfully, and maintain motivation during appraisal cycles.

Elevate Training designed a high-impact intervention titled Navigating Performance Discussions for 45 people managers across departments. The program blended facilitation, role-based simulations, and practical tools for real-world application.
