I help corporate employees to develop a balance between their work and personal life wherein they are constantly growing in all areas of life. 

I have worked in the area of women's empowerment. Being a mother of two myself, I know the challenges each woman faces as they go through different transitions in life. This makes it difficult for one to maintain a balance and they end up taking an either-or option. 

Through my motivational speeches, training, and group and personal coaching sessions, I develop the belief that it's possible to choose both as a priority and still maintain balance. 

India can become a developed country only when the women of India realize their power to support their household along with becoming financially independent. 

I am a corporate trainer with over a decade of experience in the self-development industry.

 I have worked with top MNC companies, eminent colleges, universities and individuals working with the top organizations of the world.

I have the vision to inspire people to live happy and content life in all aspects of their lives. I inspire people through my writings and creating inspirational videos and sharing the practices that I follow in my life through my social media platforms. 

I have received various prestigious awards the International Students Council award winner as a Speaker by Oxford Eduserve, Received International Educationist Award:” the Maharana Pratap Bravery Award and “The Pride of Knowledge Award” from IDYM Foundation.

I became a lifelong learner of personal development when I realised that my mindset and belief system is stopping me to lead the life that I want to live. I believe that all life problems can be solved when tuned inwards hence I have made meditation a part of my daily life.
